Good evening blogland, today I have a gift card holder tag for boys or men. I love the combination of grey, white and maize coloured card, ideal colours for male cards and tags. I have been using my Silhouette machine this week for cutting out some Christmas cards and thought I would run off some other cutting files I have been meaning to use while the machine was out.
This gift card holder tag uses two separate cutting files, one for the tag and one for the computer embelishment. I used papermilldirect special offer maize laid textured cardstock with slate grey and white linen. The maize cardstock has a raised texture and is a gorgeous colour, it cuts cleanly on the Silhouette, even the very intricate parts (the computer was cut in all three colours then pieced together).
Here are some of the Christmas cards I made, trying to catch up with cards for the Only Christmas Cards Facebook group. Loved making the faux parchment effect card, will be making a few more of these.
The Silhouette is going away and the inks are coming out for my next projects, back soon with some Oak House Studio projects for this month's take 5 challenge which is rainbow colours.
Such lovely projects and detail.
