Hi everyone, school holidays are looming and it is time to make those gifts and thank you cards for favourite teachers. I have a thank you card and picture frame today using papermilldirect special offer card marble green alongside apple green, post box red, daffodil yellow and white linen cardstock.
I used the special offer marble green card for the frame background, this is a nice firm card and the marbling effect gives interest to the background. the wording, apple and banner were cut on the Silhouette and adhered to the backing and the mount, then placed in a box frame.
This thank you card was cut on the Silhouette too using cutting file folded card for a teacher by Tanya Batrak. The edges were coloured with distress inks and the front panel was stamped with the number stamp from Stampers Anonymous perspective stamp set using blue ink.
Check out the papermilldirect blog for more thank you teacher ideas and the special offer section for some great offers on card.
These look fabulous Sylv, love the frame.
