The challenge this month over at Scribbles Designs is an easel or shaped card. The digi image is a Scribbles Design image from a range of Topiary images they have in their shop. I was lucky enough to be in the top three for the last challenge and picked this image as my prize.
The main part of the card ( 14cm x 21cm which was folded at 14cm on the long edge) was covered in patterned paper from my stash, the second element of the card (a 10cm square card) was layered up with red, blue and caramel coloured card. The image was coloured with promarkers and fussy cut, this was attached to the card with 3d sticky fixers, the image was gently shaped before attaching to give it a little height. Raffia was tied round with a gardening theme charm.
The digi stamp and a sentiment were printed onto paper and the image coloured with promarkers, this was cut out with a square die and attached to the center of the card.
Another view of the card which shows the folds better
Beautiful card Sylv... the topiary tree looks fabulous on the kraft paper and it is such a pretty card!
